I would recommend Ron and his company to anyone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my door opener and found it was jammed and proceeded to fix it. He also inspected my garage door and oiled the joints. It's as good as new (even if it is 20 years old.) He also made a point to stress that if your garage door is stuck in the open position to NEVER pull the opener cord. Wait for a professional to safely lower the door. It is very dangerous. We've worked with Precision Garage Doors over the years and they've been constantly great. We had a reoccurring "bang!" when the door went up, and were concerned it might be something major. Zeak showed up right on time, and diagnosed and fixed the issue(s) in no time. I would say based on my experiences with them, their team has always been friendly and clear about what they recommended prior to doing the work, and never fail to repair and fix the problem. Nothing is cheap any more, but Precision is fair, and because of the quality of the work, I'd say they're a value. We won't be calling anyone else.

I greatly appreciated the professional, respectful, and friendly service I received today from Sean. He worked hard to find the source of the problem with my aging garage door opener and explained in clear language what he was trying to do. Since the problem is intermittent I'm not yet sure if it was resolved. If I ultimately need to replace the opener I will definitely give my business to this company. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. Last August, we needed to get the garage door modified to raise higher for a new vehicle. Sean came up with a great solution and fixed a spring problem from another company. We had a issue this week that was quickly and easily fixed under warranty by Zikret who explained the minor issue - possibly caused by a power outage - and clearly explained the issue to me.
